Google sign-in: data, purpose and storage

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google email address, name and profile picture. Google handles authentication; we do not receive your Google password. These profile details do not give us access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or photo library.

We use these details to display your user profile and associate your Craft Treasure account with saved game progress, so you can restore and sync progress when you sign in.

We store Google profile information with your Craft Treasure account for these features. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to operate the account, store game progress or handle your support requests. Retention and deletion are described below.

We do not sell Google sign-in data, provide it to advertising or AI services, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. This restriction applies specifically to data received through Google sign-in; separate advertising and measurement data is explained below.

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the App. We aim to collect only what we need to provide and improve the App.

Account information: Google email address, name and profile picture, together with the in-game account and saved progress they are associated with.
Social features: if you use friend or social features, we may process information needed to enable those features (for example, friend relationships, in-game interactions, and gifts).
Usage and diagnostics: we may collect gameplay events, performance data, crash logs, and similar diagnostic information to help us understand how the App is used and to fix issues.
Device and technical information: we may collect device identifiers and technical signals such as device model, OS version, language, and approximate region derived from IP address.
Support communications: if you email us, we will receive the information you choose to provide in your message.

How We Use Information

Provide, operate, and maintain the App (including account and social features).
Improve gameplay, balance, and user experience through analytics and diagnostics.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, abuse, and security incidents.
Respond to your requests and provide customer support.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Third-Party Services

We use Google for sign-in, AdMob and AppLovin for advertising, and AppsFlyer for attribution and analytics. Their privacy notices explain how their services process data:

Advertising and measurement services may collect device or advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, install and usage events, and ad views or interactions, depending on the service, permissions and privacy settings. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, attribute installs, analyze usage and prevent fraud. This is separate from Google sign-in data, which we do not provide to advertising or AI services. Use the privacy choices available in the app, device settings and provider notices to manage advertising preferences.

Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the App (such as analytics and crash reporting).
Legal reasons: if required to comply with law or respond to lawful requests.
Safety and integrity: to protect users, the App, and our rights (including investigating abuse).

Data Retention

We retain account information, Google profile details and saved game progress while needed to provide your account and its features. After verifying a deletion request, we delete the account and associated personal data, including Google profile details and saved progress, unless specific records must be kept for legal obligations, fraud prevention or resolving disputes. Such records are limited to what is necessary and retained only for that purpose. Support will explain any retained categories, reason and applicable period, and confirm completion. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to information needed for operating and supporting the service. The public website and Google sign-in use HTTPS connections. Do not send your Google password or sign-in codes to support. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices and Rights

You can remove Craft Treasure access in your Google Account connections. This stops future access through that authorization; it does not automatically delete data already held by Craft Treasure or your saved game progress.
You can contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs.
Request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email associated with your account. Our account deletion page helps you prepare the message. You do not need website sign-in or access to the app; support may verify account ownership before processing the request.
You may be able to limit data collection through your device settings where available.

Website storage and deletion emails

This website stores your language choice in browser local storage. The deletion helper creates a draft on your device; it does not submit the request or save the form details in website storage. You send the email yourself, and support receives the details you include. Hosting and security providers may process request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the website.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
