Request account deletion
Request deletion of your Craft Treasure account and associated personal data by email. You do not need to sign in to this website or reinstall the app.
Send a request by email
Email the support address below from the email associated with your account. Include “Craft Treasure account deletion” and your User ID if you know it. Never send your password or sign-in codes.
Support may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account before processing the request. Sending a request does not immediately delete your account.
Once deletion is completed, access to the account and its associated game progress is permanently removed. Ask support about any pending rewards before confirming deletion.
Prepare your email
This form prepares an email only. Review it and send it from your email app, or copy it into your webmail. Preparing or copying the text does not send a request.

Send the email to the address below to request deletion. If no email app opens, copy the draft and send it using your webmail.
Data covered by your request
Your request covers your account, Google sign-in profile information and associated personal data, including saved game progress. Support will explain any records that must be retained, the reason and the applicable retention period.
